I’ve lost my BT account /ID access

Hello ,

I had my BT account for years . Last week I was moved to EE under new contract but I cancelled it and I stayed with BT , I signed up again  on Monday . Since I couldn’t access parts of my account anymore I contracted help via chat . I was told I would be sent a new link to create a new ID. I think he removed old ID

i didn’t realise that now I cannot access my webmail or anything n my BT it says no account linked to this ID.

i don’t understand why my ID has been removed and I worry I’ll lose access to my bt emails via web . I still get them on my phone but not on the web .

will I’ll be able to get all back when I’m sent a link to create a new ID?
