You would have needed to have claimed the Xbox Game Pass when you had your services with us. This would have shown if you were eligible.
At the time, you would have been able to order it through your BTID online.
If you still have your services with BT, you may still be able to claim it. Have you tried?

I've been out of contract since March 4th I called up to explain when I was taking out a new contract with EE the guy said he would be able to fix it for me then with EE I had a huge problem, I called up 4 weeks into the contract when was active 18 April during May but no one ever did call me back or help me or send me code during May it's on the record but ever since have not received no code checking my emails anything there, I'm not sure if I could get some advice or has just been a just a big scam.

When you're complaining the Xbox game pass you would have had to log into your BTID, scroll down to the Content Partners section and claimed the Xbox game pass.
If you are no longer with BT, I won't be able to get you a code. If you moved to EE, did they tell you that they would give you a new Xbox game pass for free as part of the switch? If yes, they will need to help.
