Incorrect Contract End Date

Go to solution

Hi,

I was just on my profile checking when my account is due to end and its showing as July 2026. I originally took this contract out in February of 2023 so this is not correct as it was only a 48 month contract.

I previously had an issue redeeming the Xbox Game Pass that came with my original contract and when I phoned to get it resolved in August time, the engineer had to set me up with a new contract in order to give me a new code (which still did not work). At the time he mentioned that it would be noted on my account that it would still end in February 2025 (seems this wasn't actually done).

However, I'm not sure where this July 2026 date has come from as it doesn't match up with any contract start or amendment.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Ben

it sounds like when you had problems last year you started a new contract (24 month not 48)

try billing using message now and see if they can help you

@imjolly thanks for coming back to me. You're right, I still have the emails that I received at the time and it does say 24 month contract.

How have I ended up with an end date of July 2026 then? Surely it would have been July 2024?

I have sent a message on message now.
