My online profile shows that I have two accounts, both of which list Digital Voice as the only Product. This is incorrect. The correct Products are Broadband and Mobile. Also, as I cancelled my Digital Voice late last year, I would like to have the redundant account closed and return the digital phone to BT. I haven't been able to access an online Chat with BT to resolve this. Any ideas who to contact would be most appreciated.
