Incorrect tariff charge after change in package

I'd arranged to transfer my service to another provider once my contract had expired.

During the time period between setting up the new provider contract and the change-over date, BT retentions contacted me and offered to match the deal.

I agreed to stay, and on the 6th April the new contract went live.

I've now received my bill for April and whilst it shows the contract discount and calling charges, the Fibre 1 cost is considerably higher than what was agreed verbally on the call with retentions, and on the confirmation email they sent through.

Can someone look into my account and ensure setup reflects the agreed rates please?
