I was moved to another apartment. I had a new contract with BT last week. Less pay and nothing to pay till 22 of May. Today I found in my BT online account that my contract has changed. 51 pounds was taken by BT this morning and I have to pay 50 pounds monthly for Internet. I moved in a tiny appartment from big one. I phone to BT, the man laughed at me and said: " A ha ha, you have to pay another 50 pounds 22 of May and after you can change you contract ". I am with BT 6 years . When BT turn in such criminal company? Please help me.

You should have received an email from BT setting out the terms of your new contract so you need to check what you agreed. You can also check your MYBT what package you have
