Kit return emails

Hello, I returned my kit weeks ago when it changed over to digital. No longer have receipt as assumed all well as didnt hear anything after a few weeks. Now receiving regular emails to return kit. Help please 🙏

I apologise if this sounds preachy, but you really do need to keep hold of your proof of posting receipts relating to kit returns. It can take weeks for BT to acknowledge receipt, my own took around 3 weeks. I took a photo of my receipt on my phone and I still have the original proof of posting receipt months after leaving BT.

Unfortunately, the onus is now on you to prove you sent the kit back, otherwise I suspect the next thing you’ll get is a bill for the kit. Hopefully, it’s just a delay in the system and it will resolve itself.

No probs and after a thorough search I have found the receipt! 💪😃 Yay! What a shambles though by BT and I note the PO receipt states ‘Horizon Certificate of Posting’ ….Wonder where I’ve heard that name before…🤔

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
