Hi, we're on the 700 mins package & would like to know what date BT run our useage to and from. Does this differ each month?
We did ask a lady at BT but she couldn't explain this.

Almost certainly will reset on your billing date. Log onto MyBT > Your Usage & it should tell you when the usage data resets.

So just to confirm, if the billing date shows 20 March 2022 we would expect the 700 minutes to refresh on the 20th of each month?

Sorry, I can't confirm as I don't use the landline. But that's how mobile is billed so I'd be surprised if it's different for landline. But you should also have access to historical usage on that page, which would confirm reset date.
I can't see it being a strict 30 days as that would play havoc with billing. But this is BT, so something being illogical doesn't mean they wouldn't do it.
