Leaving BT/EE

When switching from BT to EE my phone line was cut off by mistake and after many phone calls they've told me I can leave with no penalties do I need to notify anyone or will my new supplier do it all. I have Broadband, Phone and TV. Whilst they have promised on several occasions to reinstate the line they keep increasing the amount they want me to pay which I am not willing to do.

Re: Leaving BT/EE

If you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Moving to EE meant that your phone service would be Digital Voice.

Wherever you move to, it will be the same.
