Leaving BT at End of Contract

I've used the Message Now function and am supposedly getting the credit balance paid into my bank account within 5 days. Let's see ..... 🙂

Thanks for the update here @siteguru, provided your direct debit is still active, this should indeed be paid back to your bank account. 

If this is now cancelled it'll be returned to the address registered on your account via cheque, which can take up to 14 working days.
