Re-contracted today as part of a home move & everything was sent to my (quite old mobile) as the new digi sign up procedure that seems to work well enough.

How do I get this off the phone into my pc so I can save with my other stuff ?

I did try copying the link address into my browser but was denied access

Any ideas anyone ?

Lightico allows you to download the document which you can find at the top right there should be an option, then email to your self for example.

You will also receive an email order confirmation which will include the same information anyway.

I managed to email the doc to my bt mail but this is what happens when I try to open it

"Access Denied

Cookies seem to be disabled,
Please enable cookies in your browser"

I use chrome & have enabled all cookies without any luck

 What is going on here ?

My so called "smart phone"  is 7/8 years old  (Samsung J5)  & not normally used for emails etc.... 

There has been no "confirmation" email from bt
