Just tried the app thing again!!!! Same as before. 

It is letting me log in, and doing the 2FA then after that keeps chucking me back to log in screen.

App deleted again!!

On my browser I can get in but it is saying can’t get your account details at the moment. Once again my account number is inactive.

Sorry, but this is taking time out of my day again. I can’t keep doing this.

@Shelley224 Unfortunately until BT/EE resolve the issues and communicate effective advice to their customer facing support teams the issues will continue. It has been several weeks now and explanations and resolutions still seem not to be forthcoming,

You have all probably done this already but in case you missed this post or have not tried the suggestions have a look at this.

Not receiving your BT email PIN by text or email? - BT Community

If you have done everything as outlined in the link and you are still having problems, post a message stating that and include whether the problem is solely with the MyBT app or the BTMail app or both or if you are using a web browser to gain access to your MyBT or BTMail or both and this should bring it to the attention of the moderators.... again.

Has anyone had any further updates from BT about this problem.

I finally got a text from BT last week saying there was a fault at their end and were trying to put it right.

I can get into my account but it is still saying inactive and we can’t get your account details at the moment.

Nope nothing from at all just an email saying your contract is due to finish soon and log into your account to see the upgrades that are available for you.   The irony

Not heard anything still. The website still shows my account as inactive for me and i cant do anything there but the app seems to be working and i can actually see my bill now. I can finally block the spam calls!
