I have just set up a manage account for my Mother who is 86 It says it is pending But she does not have an e mail since my Father passed away last year so I need some help please to complete to process Thank you
was your father the account holder which after his death was transferred to your mother who is now account holder?

You may find that if there has never been an email account set up on the broadband account there will no longer be an option to set up an email account.
If that is the case you would need to set up a gmail account or some other free email account.
