My old account has my email, and my newer account has my broadband and I would like to get these all joined under one account. Is this possible and how do I go about this please?
You may hit a problem in that BT no longer offer email with new broadband accounts and as such you will probably find that you are unable to set up an email account in your new broadband account in order to transfer your email accounts to it.
