My wife and I opened a broadband account many years ago.
For some reason when I got my kids and my bt mobile I got a new account number.
Attempts to share halo benefits with the mobiles via the website instructions repeatedly fail.
Also, don’t get unlimited data on mobiles when our broadband fails.
Any idea how I can just merge both my accounts?
Conversations with bt online support and telephone interactions have proven time consuming and fruitless.
Is there a path to do this online?
