Currently in the process of getting my Mum account in order after step Dad passing away.
Has anyone else found an account this way where it's plain to see that BT have been mis selling to the elderly?
Mobile upgrades where no help was provided to switch over leaving 2 phone contracts?
Internet Packages at 1Gb for an elderly couple that don't use it?
I've logged compliant previous and i'm about to check back in to see what the outcome was tomorrow but i don't hold much hope for a good/easy outcome.
