I was due an OpenReach appointment today to upgrade to fibre. Was supposed to be 08:00-13:00, didnt receive any call so assumed it had been cancelled only for them to show up at 18:30 which was totally incovenient. Obviously it is impossible for me to contact OpenReach directly but I cant re-scedule as the BT website is telling me it has been installed. For a communications company, they really dont communicate well. Anyway, what am I supposed to do? Been hanging on a call for 30mins so far.
