I alway receive a prompt email on 26th Month telling me a bill is available to download. Nothing has been received on 26th September or later to date. I checked my account online and there is a message thanking me for paying the September bill. It confirms my next bill will be taken 3rd Novemebr or thereabouts. When I look at my last bill other only show the August bill. I have checked my bank and no monies have been paid. Has there been a general problem with BT accounts?
