Missing Gift Card

When I signed up to BT broadband I received an email to claim a £60 gift card.  When using the link in the email it doesn't show anything to claim.  I waited until today when my bb went live but I still can't claim it.

Please could an admin help me?

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.
