Missing Referral Amazon Voucher

I hope someone can help me! I was referred to BT and received an email saying the referral was successful and my £50 Amazon voucher would be with me within 30 days however I have not received it. Any ideas who to contact?

This is something that I could have looked into for you. Can you let me know if your friend has received their first bill and paid it? Once that is done, we will then email you both within 30 days with your reward cards.

My friend referred me as they have been a customer for years so many paid bills! I have also already paid at least 2 bills.
