Can anyone point me in the right direction as I’m still getting notification that I haven’t returned my kit. I’ve returned it 3 weeks ago and when I checked the tracking, it just says that Royal Mail has it. Where do I need to get in touch to send the proof as I don’t want to be charged with this fee.
usually takes 3/4 weeks for BT to update records

Don't you need to contact Royal mail to see why they still have your item rather than hving been delivered to BT?
