Missing Xbox pass

Hello 

I was offered 6month free ultimate xbox pass with my new bt broadband package , but I haven’t received the code yet even though I have done the “add on” 

Checked emailed including junk/spam folder and still not got it .. it’s been a month now 

bt help desk told me to ask you guys (community)  for help , please can someone kindly help me .

there are numerous posts on the forum about this if you use search

are you using pc/laptop and browser to access MYBT and then content partners.  not visible using MYBT app
