Do fpr over a year i have been ob the wrong package and when i sogned up to this service i wasnt given sny choice of what package i should be taking.
How do i go about sprting rhis as im on another 12 month on the wrong package and get bo where woth bt when i ask about it.
Happy to charge you for the most expensive package they have though amd say nothing .
Also when i log into my account theres no way change package or cancel it.
Can any bt staff help with this thanks a vulnerable customer with mental issues . Thanks
