First of all the mods don't have account access, secondly they are not a shortcut for issues that can be resolved through normal channels.
But as I said, the issues haven't been resolved through the normal channels. That's why I'm here and I'd still like to talk to someone via PM.
That doesn't mean they can't be resolved by normal channels.
You haven't even stated what the problem is and what you have tried.
