I can't get rid of the "purchased from BT/EE" on my Microsoft account after an expired subscription...
Tried online chat (Technical), they said to contact Microsoft but they didn't seem to accept the response I sent from Microsoft while I was on the chat with both.
Still being told that I don't have a subscription with BT so they can't do anything and I need to contact Microsoft!
