Morning,
On 23March 2026 I contacted BT to cease my landline as I don't use it and migrate to broadband Only. I have FTTC.
The confirmation emails arrived and said my landline would cease 24 Mar and I would migrate to broadband Only on the same day.
My phone line is still working and my order status says open.
If I look at the broadband order summary it says - Your preferred broadband Installation date is subject confirmation.
Previous recontracts have shown a contract renewal date on the email but I have noticed this one doesn't.
Has anybody ever heard of my predicament or am I just being impatient.

If the order is still open it has not completed this will be why your services are still working. If there is no confirmation date that means nothing is confirmed with Openreach, if you are past the given date and its not confirmed I would contact BT to see what the delay is
