Moving home

Hi,

I’m moving home in 2 weeks and when I try to change the address online it says to ring up, and when I ring the number they say that because I am a colleague and receive colleague products I can change the address through the portal. I tried to do this but I think with the change from BT to EE it isn’t recognising my packages on the portal and cannot change the address. I’m struggling trying to find someone to help, has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hi @miketaylor89,

If you are looking to setup a home move for your BT Broadband colleague package to your new address, this would be done via the Colleague products page as you mentioned. When going to the order tool, after selecting broadband you should be able to select Home Move to then place an order. 

However if you are unable to place your home move order this way you can send your details to the colleague products team via the Home Move form. This is accessed by opening Colleague Products, selecting FAQ and then under FAQ-Other select Home Move and finally select How do I place my Home Move request for my Broadband? and the form is linked there.

thanks for the response. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work so I’ve had to fill out the home move form - thanks for directing attention to this - much appreciated
