Multiple Accounts in BT ID

Hi there, I'm having a similar issue to other users, I'm able to see only my closed account when I access myBT other than the billing section. I'm trying to access add-ons for my new account. Please could a mod reach out and support me with removing the defunct account... I've spent an hour on the phone will billing/technical teams and they can't help. Thanks!

Hi @mh4 I'm sorry about that, ask the helpdesk to delete your BT ID so you can set it up from scratch with your new account number. The mod team are quite busy at the moment so it will take us longer to respond than usual, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team if you're able to wait.
