Hi,
Due to a house move, I closed a BT account some time at the end of last year. Now I have set up BT at my new property.
When I log in to MyBT, by default, it loads the closed account. I can toggle to the new account of the billing section but only there.
I noticed from other threads @PaddyB you've been able to resolve this for others?

I can get this all sorted for you. I've sent you a private message with some details that I need. When you reply, make sure you let us know which one you want deleted. We will of course double check it to be sure it's the old account.
