I am having issues logging into My BT app on my phone (google pixel 7). In the past it has been fine, but at the moment I get the bt website landing page, click on MyBT, am asked to log in and it takes me back to the landing page to start the whole thing again. I have tried all of the usual things (resetting password, rebooting phone, reinstalling app and checking for updates, clearing cache and cookies).
I can log in fine on a laptop browser and even on another device, but I need to be able to log in on my device to sort the access permission and times which is something you cant do online. I spent nearly 90 minutes on to customer services yesterday and was basically told "oh well if it works on another phone then theres nothing we can do" which isnt really good enough.
Any ideas?

Why do you need to login on your google pixel 7? Why not simply download the MyBT app from the Google Play Store and set that up?
That is exactly what I have done. My google pixel is my phone......

Do you have the My BT app downloaded to the Google Pixel and the app directs you to a web browser?
Is your device software up to date?
