Cancelling a line

Go to solution

I have tried four times to cancel my mum’s second line but without success. Now on line for over an hour waiting to speak to “the only department” that is able to cancel the line. Is this deliberate by BT?

Am on the line now with my elderly ill Mum. Over an hour having to listen to loud music. No reply from the BT team.

Now on phone for 1 hour 20 minutes. Does anyone from BT read these posts?

My last post  - and just for the benefit of others. BT seem to have a tactic when you try to cancel a line of saying “it’s another department, Iwill out you through” and then you wait for over an hour and no one picks up. It seems a deliberate ploy to prevent customers from cancelling lines.
