I have exactly the same problem with my iPhone. This app was meant to make life easier, however, I have overcome the problem and reduced my stress levels completely. I DELETED THE APP !!
I had heard nothing from BT, well why would I, so I tried the app just now to see if anything had changed. It is now working as it should, sign in once and away you go.
