My BT - Can't add account to MyBT

Hi

just signed up to BT FFTP and cancelled Virgin  - have been emailed all install dates, account number etc and asked to setup My BT.

I've got my bt setup but can't get anything to show under account/products.

I've clicked the add account - added the account number from the email and it says may take up to 5 minutes to appear but nothing ever appears just says

You don't have any accounts you can manage

Is this normal / do I have to wait a couple days (not sure why would need to) before adding? just wanted to get direct debit setup etc.

You will not see anything regarding your account until your broadband has been installed and activated.

Hi @cycleman, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

You should be able to track your order online. Billing won't appear until after you're connected. If you can't track your order I've sent you a Private Message and we'll be happy to get this fixed for you.
