When I log in to my BT Account and go to "My BT" and select "Your Products" the view defaults to an old account number (apparently I have 7 account numbers linked to my log in details). If I go to the drop down menu it only list 3 inactive accounts and not my current active BT account, there is no way of selecting my active account.
I recently switched back to BT and have a 6 month free Xbox game Pass I am eligible for, but because I can't access the My BT frontpage for my account I can't add this (or see anything about my products).
Can you help please?

We'll be able to get the old accounts removed from your profile and you'll then be able to claim your pass. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with us for help with this.
