I have had this issue when I was with BT before and it wasn't fixed for the entire year. I have it again after purchasing a new package, how do I fix this error so I can view the homepage?
@Maciek4167 I'm sorry about that, we'll probably be best deleting that BT ID to allow you to re-register it again with your new account details.
