In a strange loop trying to log into MyBT- it is trying to send me a verification code to my email which isn't arriving. I've tried then to ask for the no access to my email account which then comes up with the " we have been unable to verify you"
Email appears to be working fine, broadband connection fine, any thoughts?
Doesn't anyone browse the forum before posting?

When such issues of multiple threads/ posts popping up on communities a sensible approach is a pinned post READ THIs First that explains what to do first. Perhaps the BT community teram could consider whether this would be worthwhile as clearly the issue has been ongoing for a while and people will probably only encounter it when they next try to access myBT.
There are a few pinned post from the moderators giving a guide to the forum etc and to use the search function first. It is obviously never read so I doubt another one would be any different.
Of course not. There is no solution as yet, BT are working on it.

The pinned posts that I am referring to have nothing to do with this problem not least because none of the threads regarding the problem have been pinned.
The pinned posts are regarding the forum rules and guidlines which most people and I suspect you aswell never bother to read.
