I have FTTC broadband and landline from BT. With my contract coming to an end I wanted to see any new offers. When I log into my BT to check for offers it takes me to a page that says full fibre is now available even though it is not going to be until 2025 at the earliest. All I can see are TV packages and the “broadband offers” button after these is not clickable. So I cannot recontract online. Is this fixable?
I would phone the retentions team 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate to renew contract normally better deal than online renewal
