My BT app displays "Sorry we can't show your plan details, extras or passes right now".
I'm seeing this when trying to access your products then mobile.
I'm getting a similar message via web access when trying to manage my add-ons.
"Unable to process request Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at the moment. Please try again later".
Tried deleting the app and reinstalling logging out / on no good.
Tried waiting 24 hours still the same.
