I have access to my Bt app but all I get is sorry we can get those details there’s a hitch at our end , at the start in October my account was set up 3 times and I have those accounts in the drop down box in my Bt app I think that two of the accounts that are not active need to be cancelled as I can not see any of my package or bills and this has been since November and I have spoke to several people about this problem and the case has been opened and closed and still the same .
