My father-in-law has moved to a care home from hospital. He has an expensive BT package that he cant use and we would like to adjust it for him please.

are you trying to end the contract or make changes?
Ideally, we would like to cancel his contract if possible. He has been in care for six months and we are still awaiting the POA.
I have asked the forum mods who are BT employees to see if they can help they will post here
