So my girlfriend has recently had Full Fibre installed and has received emails for her to activate her account but it appears one of her family members has used her email address to setup an account for themselves. This email is the same she used to set up the new Full Fibre at a new address. How can she now create a MyBT account? This is quite urgent as it has been 2 weeks since installation and activation and she hasn't been charged any money yet or received any kind of bill so she is panicking that it will be disconnected. Phone lines and webchat have ridiculous wait times so I am hoping someone has some insight how to quickly resolve this. The main issue I feel is that she cannot find a reference or account number anywhere in emails or post to perhaps setup the account with an alternate email.

As regards her family member using her email address, only she can sort that one out meanwhile she could set up an use a gmail account.
If she can not fine her account number she should call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.
