The time has passed for cooling off and when I click rewards claim nothing is showing , no form no card nothing ? In the space of this time I’ve paid a monthly bill and everything, anyone know how I can email the guys at bt ? Or any ways about this ? @admin @moderator

there is no BT email address and the forum mods do not have account access. try billing message now and see if they can help
