Hi,

I need to check to see whether there were any login access to MyBT account on 28 September 2023. Which team in BT would be able to provide this information?

Thank you for your post and welcome back!

I understand you're trying to find out if there was access to your BTID on 28th September.  This isn't something we'd be able to provide I'm afraid.  We can see the last log in to your profile however we do not store a timestamp of each individual log in I'm afraid.

Is there a reason why you're looking for this and maybe we can help you out from here?
