Hi, there. It is now over a week that I haven't been able to open my emails to check my bill. All I get is Sorry, we can't get your Account details at the moment. 

On the Chat, they're saying there's a widespread Outage that's causing a deep, technical and complex glitch. 

They are able to send me a monthly bill e.mail, but i I can't open it.?????

I'm sorry you're having trouble with this, I'd recommend reaching back out to the team to see if there are any alternative options for you to be able to get your bill.
