Mysterious Order placed

I recently checked my account packages only to discover that an order had been placed on New Year’s Eve that I did not place, I did not receive an email saying my broadband package was going to expire and I definitely don’t remember placing an order, I received a confirmation text but no confirmation email, has this happened to anyone else?

An order to renew my broadband for 2 more years, which I didn’t place!

Hi @Sedrik  It does sound strange that your account is stating that you've renewed your broadband package when you've never requested to change anything.

We'd definitely need to get this investigated to see why that's happened.

I'd recommend giving one of our guides a call, as they have account access, and will be able to look into your account for you.

To speak with a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from a BT phone, or 0330 1234 150 from your landline or any other phone.

Myself and my brother were on the phone to BT several times over the weekend, they are hopefully going to call him back I just wondered if this had happened to anyone else, as I did not place an order as I. Ever received an email to do so and did not receive an email confirming my ‘order’
