Mysterious item number
I recently took delivery of a Smart Hub 2 and a Wi-Fi-Disc from BT and the following appeared on the address label. Does anyone know what item 111819 is?
BT Contents Label

Re: Mysterious item number
Thanks for that but I doubt it's the PSU as that was in the same sealed box as the hub. In any case I see that the PSU has a 9 digit part number.

Re: Mysterious item number
Considering I have just received an envelope addressed to someone who lived here about 12 years ago with the same part number shown on the address label, I think this is a returns bag.
I didn’t open the envelope - it’s being sent back as not known at this address - but feeling it and holding it up to the light shows it’s a folded plastic bag inside.
Now why on earth BT are sending anything addressed to a previous resident to this address when I am a current customer of theirs is another question entirely. And what on earth from 12 years ago could they want to be returned anyway?!
