I'll pass on this and the other replies to her and see if it can help her -
the problem is that she's not tech savvy and particularly confused by the new changes to phone service etc ( i'm on DV so i've told her about that at least) she's of the generation that prefers talking to someone on the phone rather than changing over online ...and the problem there is that it seems like she's not getting much help with the people she's spoken to at BT or now EE whatever .
Anyway i will pass these replies to her
