New BT broadband account not showing broadband in product section of MyBT

I have recently moved home and took up BT FTTP broadband and was given a new account at the new address. However, when logging in to that account in MyBT, nothing shows up in the product list for that account number.  When clicking on the ‘Your Products’ icon I am presented with the a Premium Email product from a different much older account from a previous address.

Is anyone able to guide me to a  solution?

My hope is to transfer the email addresses into the broadband account, ending up with just one account at the new address.

You need to phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to sort out your accounting problem
