I have just joined Bt and when I got the joining emails I set up my bt id. When I log in on the website under “account” I can see the account number etc but the MyBt homepage says it can’t find my account. When I try the app it says “sorry we are unable to log you in as there is no account linked to this BT Id. It won’t let me add it as it’s already there. How do I solve this?
It may be that your MyBT has not been populated yet. Give it at least 24 hours and if it still doesn't work post back.
Spoke to BT. between ordering and activation my account number changed. Just waiting for the new activation email
