Can't add new account to old one, not showing in mybt and Can't see settings anywhere to add it.
Frustrating its been a week since service was added, Can't use bt wifi as says not opted in even though its showing up on modem wifi.
Could do with some moderator help here please.

Hi, @lbj Thanks for posting, you need to log in on the website and not the app to add a new account.

@lbj I'm sorry the instructions are different when on a mobile web browser. Tap the grey bar that says 'Your account' then scroll down and click on the 'Manage' button underneath Your details.
